This seems a 1225 Charter save that the saving clause is in the 1217 position. The copy ends ‘hiis testibus’ and there is no ‘giving’ clause and date.1 The earl pays relief correctly ‘de baronia comitis integra’ and the baronial relief if £100, for once, not 100 marks. The 1225 Charter is followed by the Charter of the Forest (fos.25v-26). It also lacks witnesses and date.
