Transcription

Iohannes rex etc iusticiariis etc salutem.  Precipimus vobis quod abbas et conuentus C. teneant omnes terras et tenuras suas bene et in pace, libere et quiete et honorifice sicut carta domini H(enrici) regis patris nostri rationabiliter testatur, nec inde ponantur in placitum nisi coram nobis sicut littere patentes eiusdem regis patris nostri rationabiliter testantur , vel coram capitali iustic(iario) nostro.  T(este) H(uberto) Cant’ archiepiscopo apud Abindon’ xiiii. die Aprilis.
